How to Delete Your Account
- Send an email to helahub-support@fixafrica.co.ke with your full name,ID Number, phone number and current account balance.
- You will receive a call to your phone number within 24hrs for confirmation
- Your account will be deleted within 3 days.
Data Management
Data to be deleted: Your Names, phone number, national ID number
Data to be kept: Transactions will be kept but associated with a psuedo identifier
